How we handle your data and your rights

 

Information on the collection of personal data in accordance with Articles 13, 14 and 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

2. Which sources and data do we use?

 

We process your personal data that we collect from pre-contractual and contractual measures to process our business relationships with you.

Specifically, the following data is processed:

  • Business contact details of the contact persons at our customers and our other business partners.

  • If customers and business partners are natural persons, the following data is also processed when carrying out business operations:

  • Surname, first name of contact persons

  • contact details

  • address

  • Account details

  • If you visit us directly, recording data from the operation of video surveillance systems will continue to be processed.

 

 

3. What do we process your data for - purpose of processing - and on what legal basis does this happen?

 

We process a few of your personal data that result from the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures with you.

The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para. 1 b GDPR.

We process your personal data as part of our customer service on the basis of your consent or on the basis of our legitimate interest in weighing up the protection of your personal data.

The legal basis for this is Article 6 Paragraph 1 a and f GDPR.

 

 

4. Who will get your data?

 

We do not pass on your data to unauthorized third parties.

However, to the extent necessary, data will be sent in the context of contract processing with natural persons

  • Financial companies (transfers)

  • external contractors in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR .

 

 

5. Will your data be transferred to a third country or international organizations?

 

The transfer of your data to a third country or international organizations is not intended.

 

 

6. How long do we keep your data?

 

Your personal data will be deleted after the statutory retention periods have expired, which result, for example, from the German Civil Code (BGB), Commercial Code (HGB) and the Tax Code (AO).

If data are not affected by this, they will be deleted when the intended purpose no longer applies.

 

 

7. What other data protection rights do you have?

 

You have the right to information about your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR) that we process. Furthermore, you have the right to correction (Art. 16 GDPR), deletion (Art. 17 GDPR) or restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and a right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). GMO).

8. What rights of objection do you have?

If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can prove compelling legitimate reasons for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
